DRIFTWOOD HISTORICAL
CONSERVATION SOCIETY
Development Committee
Role of the Committee
The Development and Membership Committees work hand in hand to build the kind of community relationships and sense of belonging that not only help us fulfill that vital mission, but also help us meet the ongoing financial needs of DHCS.
The Development’s Committee’s role is to acquire the funds necessary to meet DHCS’s obligations such as operations, special events, and fundraising operations and campaigns for emerging needs and opportunities.
Above all, both Development and Membership Committees place an emphasis on building the warm and neighborly relationships with our members and our community that enable creative connections to happen and that help Driftwood thrive well into the future.
The committee meets irregularly; see the Calendar for posted dates.
