Have you seen the new FARMSTAND in Driftwood? Hint: It’s on Elder Hill Road. And did you know that it features amazing food from Driftwood Farmers and Ranchers?
Meghan and Ben Roberts of Elder Hill Farms first presented their ideas of the Driftwood Farmers Cooperative to the Driftwood HCS in March of 2024. In January of 2025, they teamed up with the Driftwood HCS, Vista Brewing, and Finian Makepeace of the “Kiss the Ground” movement to showcase the Regenerative Agriculture movie “Common Ground.”Lots of progress has been made since, and today they are all working alongside local farmers and ranchers to not only provide the community with regeneratively raised meat, eggs and vegetables but are also working on some pretty amazing land projects to help restore local ecosystems.
Come hear the Co-op updates; meet some of your local farmers including: Elder Hill Farms (Nutty Bottom Farm), Mick Family Farm, TrueBird Farm, and Origin Ranch; and learn more of how you can practically make efforts towards land regeneration in Driftwood.

Honor Someone Special: Give a Tribute Gift to Driftwood HCS
Some of the people who matter most to us are the ones who taught us to love this place: a neighbor who always lent a hand, a parent who told stories of Driftwood’s early days, a friend whose spirit of community still lingers in our gatherings.
A Tribute Gift to Driftwood HCS is a meaningful way to celebrate those people. With an Honor Gift, you recognize someone living, whether for a birthday, anniversary, retirement, or simply to say thank you. With an In Memory of Gift, you remember a loved one and let their legacy live on in the community they cherished. We will notify your honoree, or the family of the person being remembered, that a gift has been made in their name.
Every Tribute Gift supports our mission to preserve and enhance Driftwood’s rural beauty, heritage, and sense of community and belonging, so the people important to you are honored while Driftwood itself is strengthened. Consider making a Tribute Gift today. It’s a lasting way to show your love for both the people and the place that shape our lives.
